  1. We conduct a comprehensive overview of our client’s needs, the issues facing their group, the mandate of the position and the key requirements for success in a candidate.
  2. Market research is conducted; potential candidates are identified and approached.
  3. Interested candidates are interviewed, evaluated and selected for the shortlist.
  4. The short list is presented to the client along with a technical and personality assessment of each candidate.
  5. Candidates are interviewed by the client and reference checks are carried out on finalist candidates.
  6. Remuneration is negotiated and an offer presented to the successful candidate.
