Prior to joining Lannick Group of Companies, Ron was a Business Development Director for a Fortune 500, multi-national recruiting firm. He also worked as a Director of Sales in Ottawa, Montreal and North York. Ron managed teams that specialized in the placement of highly skilled finance, accounting and legal professionals.
Having traveled extensively in the United States and Canada, Ron has developed a greater understanding and appreciation for the specific requirements in several markets. His vast experience and passion for the recruiting industry has been instrumental to his success.
