Vanessa Newell (Bryant) joined Lannick Associates in 2003 following a unique career path. After studying theatre for three years at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, she worked as a budding actor appearing in such productions as Electra, King Lear, Barefoot in the Park and Brighton Beach Memoirs.

After studying theatre for three years at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, she worked as a budding actor appearing in such productions as Electra, King Lear, Barefoot in the Park and Brighton Beach Memoirs.
After earning a diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Mohawk College, Vanessa worked for an Ontario radio station as news reporter and announcer. Vanessa entered the search industry as assistant to Lannick Associates President, Lance Osborne. While working with Lance and his clients, Vanessa demonstrated a skill for identifying talented candidates and in due course was promoted to Senior Associate.
In her spare time, Vanessa is pursuing yet another heartfelt goal: completing her sociology degree at the University of Toronto.
