Jolene Lawson is a Senior Associate with Lannick Associates. She brings a wealth of knowledge in client relations and account management to the team. Prior to her current position, Jolene worked for a multi national staffing firm specializing in accounting and finance placements.
After tutoring Finance and Accounting courses in College as a student, Jolene’s career started in an accounting department for a National Manufacturing firm. Since then, she held a Senior Management position with an international hotel company where proper staffing was crucial to the success of the operations. She was able to increase profits three years consecutively before leaving the organization to manage a sales team in a large publishing firm. There, through her excellent client relations and staffing abilities, she helped to launch additional regional offices.
Jolene has held many diverse accounting and finance positions throughout her career. This experience has been instrumental to her success. It has given her the insight to better understand the needs of her clients and candidates.
