Lance Osborne is founder and Chairman of the Lannick Group of Companies. After graduating university in 1976, he served for three years as a Navigation Officer in the Canadian Navy. After joining the search industry in 1979, Lance moved to Calgary, where he ran a search firm that serviced the oil industry.
Lance founded Lannick Associates in 1984, creating a unique executive search service that specializes in the recruitment of Chartered Accountants and other senior level finance professionals.
In 2004, Lance co-founded Lannick Contract, which operates along the same principles and standards as Lannick Associates.
