Janeffer Gangji is a Manager with Lannick Associates in Ottawa. She has over seven years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry specializing in both permanent and contract placements.
Janeffer started her recruiting career with a large multi-national staffing firm where she recruited and staffed highly skilled accounting and financial professionals. Most recently, Janeffer worked for an organization where she developed partnerships and managed the staffing requirements of information technology professionals within the federal government.
Janeffer’s extensive experience has enabled her to work closely with directors and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and assist them in building strong teams. As a result of her ability to understand and listen to clients needs, Janeffer has been able to deliver superior service to both our clients and candidates.
